Method
My work begins where decisions, relationships, and responsibility are influenced by internal patterns and dynamics—
often unconsciously, but effectively.
I do not work in a symptom-oriented manner nor do I rely on specific methods.
The focus is on understanding what is at work—both individually and systemically.
Assessment prior to intervention
Before anything can be changed, it must first be understood.
Many difficulties arise not from a lack of competence,
but from internal resistance, old loyalties, or conflicting demands.
My work therefore begins with:
- clarifying context
- making patterns visible
- contextualizing tensions
Not for the sake of analysis.
But to establish capacity for action.
Integration Instead of Self-Regulation
I do not work with self-optimization or constant self-regulation.
Change occurs when old strategies are integrated
and new decisions can be embraced internally.
The goal is not adaptation.
Rather, it is inner coherence.
Profiling as a Guidance Tool
Profiling is an integral part of my work,
to categorize personality, communication, and reaction patterns.
Not for categorization.
But for orientation within complex relationship and decision-making constellations.
It helps us understand,
- why certain people trigger specific reactions
- why communication stalls or escalates
- why decisions remain internally blocked
Working with Teams and Organizations
In organizations, I work in areas
where human dynamics limit structural effectiveness.
Depending on the context, this includes:
- Working with leaders at various levels
- Supervision for leaders, teams, and consultants
- Workshops and presentations on leadership, communication, and team dynamics
- Profiling and analysis of team and decision-making structures
Standardized solutions are not replaced,
but rather supplemented at a deeper level.
Behavioral and team analysis as part of hiring and change processes
To analyze team dynamics, leadership styles, and work motivation,
I use, among other tools, The Predictive Index.
This tool provides valid data.
However, its effectiveness is only realized through professional analysis and psychologically sound interpretation.
Integrated into my work, it supports:
