Who I am and what I do
I work at the intersection of inner conditioning, relationship patterns, and responsibility –
in both business and personal contexts.
My work is aimed at people who lead, make decisions, and bear responsibility
and who sense that recurring tensions, inner ambivalence, or blockages
cannot be resolved at the surface level.
I am not interested in quick results.
I am interested in sustainable change.
My stance
I believe that human behavior always makes sense,
when you understand the context in which it arose.
What is experienced today as insecurity, feeling overwhelmed, conformity, or inner resistance
was often once a necessary strategy.
Understanding, contextualizing, and integrating these
creates inner security and freedom of action.
I do not work with guilt, a deficit mindset, or the pressure to optimize.
Instead, I work with contextualization, relief, clarity, and integration.
How I Work
I combine hypnosystemic work, neurobiologically grounded insights from trauma research,
communication skills, and business experience.
This means:
- Contextualization rather than a focus on methods
- Understanding rather than interventionism
- Integration rather than dissociation
Profiling is part of my work to make people, dynamics, and reaction patterns
understandable within their respective contexts—
not for the sake of categorization, but for orientation.
My work is analytical, calm, and clear.
It is not aimed at conformity, but at well-considered decisions.
Values that guide my work
- Responsibility – for one’s own actions and their consequences
- Clarity – even when it becomes uncomfortable
- Respect – for personal histories, boundaries, and individual paces
- Professionalism – well-founded, reflective, and without overstepping boundaries
- Depth – without dramatization
- Equality – regardless of role or position
I work discreetly, in a structured manner, and without pathologizing.

Professional Background
My professional career combines business, leadership, and psychological work.
I have worked for many years in management, organizational, and venture capital contexts
and am familiar with the pressures of decision-making, responsibility, and power structures from my own entrepreneurial and organizational experience.
I founded my company in 2007.
I know entrepreneurship, growth, and continuous business development not just in theory, but from personal experience.
Since 2011, I have been working on decision-making, relationship-building, and leadership issues
with leaders, teams, consultants, and organizations at both the individual and systemic levels.
My training in hypnosystemic work, systems theory, leadership, mediation, trauma therapy, and profiling
as well as my work as a certified Predictive Index analyst form the professional foundation of my work.
This combination allows me to combine business reality and psychological depth —without pitting one against the other.
Experience
In several thousand professional work processes, I have
supported executives, entrepreneurs, teams, coaches, and organizations
in gaining inner clarity and making sound decisions.
The most visible results are not on my website.
They are evident in the organizations, decisions, and life plans of my clients.
That is how I measure effectiveness.
