A company is a complex system in which all areas and people are interconnected.
Systemic coaching supports the company in understanding itself better, working more efficiently and developing sustainable solutions.
Studies show a significant improvement (between 40 and 70%) in teamwork and performance over a one year period and an ROI of 5.7 (source: The Return Investment of Executive Coaching, Behavioural Change, Organisational Outcomes and Return on Investment, The Manchester Review, 2001).
- Holistic approach: Systemic coaching is not about correcting individual weaknesses, but about understanding the whole system. It looks at the interactions between departments, managers and employees, as well as the influence of external factors such as customers or market trends. The aim is to understand the business as a dynamic, constantly evolving system.
- Strengthen relationships and communication: One of the most important foundations is to improve communication and relationships within the organisation. Conflicts, misunderstandings or inefficient processes are often the result of unclear communication or unfavourable structures. Systemic coaching helps to identify and resolve these dynamics so that everyone can work together more effectively.
- Focus on self-organisation and self-responsibility Systemic coaching promotes personal responsibility and the ability of people to organise themselves. This means that solutions are not imposed from above, but are developed within the team or organisation. The coach helps to ask the right questions to find creative and sustainable solutions that come from within the system.
