Imagine you start investing EUR/CHF 6,000 and receive an additional EUR/CHF 1,200 per year at the beginning, later EUR/CHF 2,000, and after three years even >EUR/CHF 20,000 more.
If I were to draw up an ROI income statement of what my clients achieve in terms of salary increases, business development improvements and efficiency gains with and through my coaching, then the above figures are by no means exaggerated. On the contrary. I myself am constantly amazed at the potential that lies dormant in each individual and the results that are achieved when this potential is realised.
Now you could say: ‘Money isn’t everything’ (belief). But without money, many things are not as relaxed as they could be.
Hand on heart. Wouldn’t you like to have the financial freedom not to have to worry about illness, old age and family?
But what I think is even more important is that you shouldn’t sell yourself short. In most cases, however, this happens when your self-esteem is too low in terms of your own performance and ability. You remain trapped in the hamster wheel as an over-achiever with consistently too little in return. And you are/will not become a better person as a result (belief system).
Satisfaction, courage, confidence. Clarity and purposeful action are measurable successes that make a significant difference to your life. I am constantly investing in myself.
Why? Like all of us, I was born with courage, confidence and self-assurance, but I lost it somewhere along the way. I’ve managed to find my resources again and I nurture them every day. What’s it like for you?
It’s not an investment if you spend 6,000 EUR/CHF and get less or even nothing in return. Many people have not yet understood that expertise is an empty resource if it is not backed up by self-confidence. Maximising value in coaching often happens exponentially and is therefore difficult to predict. However, one thing is certain, this process catapults you from the 2nd row to the front.
Very quickly, you will no longer be able to put a price tag on your change. Of course it’s fun to earn more money, but inner peace, serenity, harmonious relationships, self-confidence and a professional, charismatic demeanour are priceless.
I keep hearing that many people think that being accompanied by an experienced and professionally trained counsellor like me must be an absolute luxury that only certain people can afford. I would like to take this worry away from you.

My individual coaching programmes are designed to help you develop your full potential and achieve your personal and professional goals. My desire is to bring you to the door of your potential in order to open it. This has its price, but the fee plays a subordinate role.
For better orientation, I have summarized my offer in coaching programs, but don’t worry, you don’t have to pay a certain amount in advance at the beginning of the process. You simply pay the accrued coaching time at the end of the month by invoice.
This not only protects your liquidity, but also allows you to interrupt or even cancel the coaching at any time if, contrary to expectations, it does not fit in with your current ideas. You therefore benefit from maximum flexibility.
Nevertheless, I would like to consciously mention that my advice is based on a sustainable holistic intervention. You should therefore budget accordingly and be aware of and prepared for a longer-term collaboration of at least 6-8 months.
