We often think that leadership POWER is only reserved for managers in companies.
I see it differently.
Leadership POWER affects us all – whether in a professional or private context. In an increasingly complex world, it is important that we develop the ability not to get lost in the multitude of demands, but to actively shape them.
Let's take a closer look at some key aspects:
Self-management and inner attitude
Your inner attitude has a significant influence on the quality of your decisions and actions. Self-reflection and meta-reflection – i.e. awareness of your own thinking – are essential. Only if you manage yourself well can you keep a clear head even in difficult situations.
Clarifying the status quo and goals
Which values are really important to you? And what hidden fears may be unconsciously influencing your decisions? An honest examination of these questions is crucial in order to be able to clearly define your personal and overarching goals.
Creativity and innovation
You don’t always have to reinvent the wheel. It often makes sense to continue using tried and tested solutions and at the same time create space for something new. Finding a balance between initiating, implementing and letting go can help you avoid getting caught up in an endless cycle of being driven.
Cooperation and teamwork
Especially in times of remote work and digital solutions such as ChatGPT, team collaboration and trust are becoming increasingly important. In decentralised working environments, it is all the more important to promote a culture of cooperation – and this requires conscious action and a great deal of sensitivity.
Complex problem solving
In an increasingly networked world, the ability to solve complex problems is becoming ever more important. Communication and a healthy error culture are particularly important here. Only through trust and open dialogue can you and your team successfully overcome challenges.
Cultural adaptability
With globalisation and growing diversity in the workplace, we must constantly adapt to new cultural and social circumstances. Mindfulness and the ability to adopt different perspectives are essential.
There are many other aspects that go into leadership POWER, but these are some of the key pillars.
Hypno-systemic coaching:
In coaching, we analyse inner patterns and identify the areas of your body where you first notice doubts arising, for example. Using hypnosystemic dissolution and anchoring processes, you learn to reprogramme these buttons so that supportive resources can be called up instead of doubts. In this way, you activate an alternative programme that enables you to act clearly and decisively in challenging situations. In this way, you strengthen your leadership POWER by building up your inner confidence and taking purposeful action.
