Change is no coincidence and no hocus-pocus. The hypno-systemic process is based on scientifically sound principles from psychology and neuroscience.
In Personality Intensive Coaching, we work in a trauma-sensitive way on self-images and world views that we adopted early on and that still characterise our thoughts and actions today.
So-called mini-traumatisation in early childhood can lead to persistent feelings of alienation and inner emptiness.
By becoming aware of and specifically addressing the unconscious, we have the opportunity to bring about profound changes.
Hypnosis and neurobiology
Hypnosis alters the state of conscious attention, putting the brain in a particularly receptive mode. As a result, the brain responds to suggestive changes without the usual cognitive blockages.
Neural networks are specifically restructured. Our brain is neuroplastic – it is constantly changing and adapting. The hypno-systemic approach uses this ability to change established patterns of thought and behaviour.
Hypno-systemic approaches and systemic thinking
The term ‘systemic’ means that the process looks at people in the context of their whole lives – their family, their work, their inner beliefs. Problems often do not exist in isolation but are the result of interactions within these systems.
Through targeted suggestions, visualisations and metaphors in a trance state, subconscious and unconscious resources are activated. This strengthens your own ability to act and makes change easier and more sustainable.
Neurobiologically proven effectiveness
Studies show that hypnosis and trance states can produce measurable changes in the brain – from activating specific areas of the brain to reducing pain or stress.
In short, the hypno-systemic process is not mumbo-jumbo, but a scientifically proven method of activating the brain’s natural potential and creating lasting change.

Just being able to tell our story without judgement can be balm for the soul.
This framing influences what decisions we make, how we approach challenges and even how we organise our relationships. It’s as if this story is like a pair of glasses through which we see reality.
The exciting thing, however, is that this story is rarely the whole truth. It is only an excerpt that we have made up at some point – often based on experiences, preconceptions and the expectations of others.
Behind it, however, lies a much greater truth that we have often overlooked or suppressed over the course of time. This truth contains all of our untapped potential, our true strengths and the freedom to redefine ourselves beyond these old, entrenched stories.
When we recognise this, we can begin to break free from these limiting stories. Then we have the chance to create a new narrative – one that doesn’t limit us, but sees us in our full potential and gives us the freedom to create the life we really want. It is like a liberation from the framework we have set for ourselves.
