Business coaching for women
Did you know that men have similar insecurities to women?
Men just act differently than women.
Do you want to learn the tricks of the trade to assert yourself positively as a woman in a male-dominated environment?
Then you’ve come to the right place.
Do you want to achieve your goals effortlessly with friendliness and eloquence?
Does that sound impossible? It’s easier than you think.
I am fully aware that women still have to deal with stereotypes and prejudices and often find it difficult to position themselves naturally as women. It is still a challenge to be taken seriously in a male-dominated environment and to achieve comparable opportunities and salaries.
As a former employee and now a self-employed entrepreneur, I know all too well the doubts and feelings of falling short of your potential. In my business coaching for women, I work not only on the surface = external impact, but above all on your inner belief patterns and inhibiting beliefs, so that you can start to realise your potential and be authentically convincing. Together we will define the desired direction and take your career to the next level.
Charisma - instead of annoying discussions
Let’s not kid ourselves. Even today, female entrepreneurs and female managers are often at a disadvantage compared to their (male) colleagues (e.g. gender pay gap).
But arguments only fuel further prejudices and bring no advantages. In my coaching sessions, you will learn smarter strategies that will help you move forward successfully.
If you currently find yourself in one or more of the issues described below, I recommend that you change this as soon as possible.
Women in management positions are still too often confronted with gender stereotypes that call their potential and achievements into question.
There are still relatively few women in management positions, which makes it more difficult to find suitable female role models and mentors. As a woman, this can lead to a feeling of being alone and isolated with your issues.
Women in management positions are comparatively often confronted with unfair treatment (both overt and subliminal), such as discrimination, bullying or sexual harassment in the workplace. Raising awareness of abusive behaviour is one thing, defending oneself skilfully is another. A clear attitude and healthy demarcation must be learnt.
Women in management positions or on their way there often find it very challenging to find a harmonious work-life balance for themselves, as professional demands regularly collide with family or other obligations, causing them to experience an inner conflict. New perspectives and models are needed to make this situation fairer for now and the future.
Men network comparatively differently and use networks for both specific goals and informal relationships. They use both quite naturally for their own career development. Women still have some catching up to do here, both in terms of openness and in terms of breaking away from gender stereotypes and social expectations. Instead of complaining about the dominance of men in business networks, it is time to actively change this by living together and connecting in a supportive way, and to benefit from it yourself.
My experience shows that women are comparatively more likely to doubt their abilities, competences and qualifications and therefore either permanently overachieve or downplay their performance. Both are too high a price to pay when you consider how much more can be achieved with much more joy by breaking down inner patterns.
The constant overthinking of topics, situations and procedures costs enormous amounts of energy, is stressful and does not lead to satisfactory results. This emotional strain combined with a pressing need for perfectionism paralyses any intuitive decision-making process. As a result, women slow themselves down before they even get started.
Body language is the be-all and end-all. If a woman entrepreneur or woman in a leadership position does not clearly present herself as a leader through her posture and language, she is easily overlooked. Positioning yourself as a woman does not mean acting like a man, but neither does it mean appearing as inconspicuous as possible. Standing out in a positive way not only makes you heard, but also commands respect.
I neglect my health and am looking for a holistic approach to optimise my well-being. How can I maintain a healthy lifestyle, manage my weight and reduce stress?
